5 Steps For Basic Bodyweight Of Killer Abs Workout

Hi, Darling!

In this post, I wanna share my basic bodyweight workout to get a very tight and sexy abs. Well, Dave was always told to me that to get a very tight abs, you cannot just do the abs work alone. We need to do like total body workout to stimulate the muscles inside your body.

Overall, ada 6 gerakan yang Dave ajarkan padaku kali ini. Walaupun rasanya lebih sulit dari gerakan-gerakan sebelumnya, kita akan mulai memasuki berbagai latihan inti untuk mengencangkan perut.

PUSH UP (45 Secs)

FUNCTIONAL SQUAD WITH BAND (45 secs)

Dalam tahap ini, pastikan tubuhmu tegap dan lakukan gerakan sesempurna mungkin.

BASIC BOXER FULL CRUNCH (45 secs)

Gerakan ini mirip dengan sit-up. Bedanya, kita harus melakukan gerakan ini dengan sangat perlahan dan tetap mengatur napas dari perut.

LEG THROWS (45 Secs)

Dalam tahap ini, letakkan tangan tertindih di bawah pinggul sambil berbaring. Lalu angkat kaki perlahan sambil terus menjaga pernapasan kamu agar tetap teratur.

PLANK (2 MINUTES)

Gerakan plank ini sebenarnya sudah cukup populer. Meski rasanya sangat kaku di bagian perut, gerakan ini sangat efektif membuat perutmu menjadi rata dan kencang.
